On the Dot
Identity for small jewellery brand On the Dot Designs. A playful typographic expression for the handcrafted beads and the designer's intuitive process for colour choice and bead shapes.
Sign painted window signage for Old School New School's headquarters, the Lettercraft Laboratory. Custom lettering within a block allows for a playful use of shadow cut outs to reveal the interior. Situated in a laneway, the signage needed to catch attention without distracting from the surrounding cafe environment.
Newspaper entertainment for patrons of the Melbourne Writer's Festival, a comprehensive outline of everything about crosswords and their fascinating history. Entry for the International Society of Typographic Designer's Student competition, awarded with a Merit.
An experimental reincarnation of Paul Renner's Futura typeface created using the geometric forms of Spirograph, a mathematical drawing toy from the 1960s.

Publication completed in conjunction with the Victorian Architecture Awards nominations. The house is built in a backyard and has a green roof (a lawn and vegie patch). The small booklet documents my interview with the owner (also the architect) discussing home, family, space, and the design decisions. 100% repurposed paper stock.
Restaurant identity for internationally renowned chef Helena Morris, bringing her 25 years of culinary knowledge to a classic, yet contemporary dining experience in Melbourne.
A music journal contemplating the thinking, creativity and inspirations behind music, musicians and songwriting, rather than fame or record sales. A small print journal collating my personal interviews as well as sourced articles.
